Thank you to all that donated to our charity FeedingAmerica this past holiday season! We are still collecting food donations if anyone would like to donate! Just bring any non-perishable food items to the clubhouse!

Fogelman Management Group adopts a different charity each year as part of the Fogelman Cares campaign.
This year we are collecting donations for Feedamerica.org!
Feedamerica.org is an organization that is striving to feed America's hungry through a network of nationwide food banks and to engage our country in its fight to end hunger.
You can help by purchasing a Fogelman Cares cookbook for $15!!

Rental Payments
A friendly reminder that rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. Any payments received after the 1st will be charged the full late fees of concession payback and 10% of the market rent on your apartment. To avoid these penalties please turn your rent in on or before the first. If you are unable to bring payment in during office hours please deposit your payment in the 24 hour Drop box to the left of the clubhouse doors.

Just a friendly reminder that your ConService utility bill is due on the 1st of the month with your rent check. Please make payable to Westmont.

Westmont is Going Green!!!
You can now sign up to pay your rent online!! We have a new scanner in the office that we scan the checks you give us and they get directly debited from your account that same day. Westmont is going green so if you would like to help us out you can sign up to pay your rent online and save your checks and the trees!!

Westmont offers a fully furnished guest suite for visiting guests. Phone, linens, dishes, washer/dryer, cable TV and utilities included. The price is $95.00 per night. Contact the leasing office for availability and details!!
