Rental Payments

A friendly reminder that rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. Any payments received after the 1st will be charged the full late fees of concession payback and 10% of the market rent on your apartment. To avoid these penalties please turn your rent in on or before the first. If you are unable to bring payment in during office hours please deposit your payment in the 24 hour drop box to the left of the clubhouse doors.

The Rent Drop Box is Back

For your convenience, the rent drop box is back! It is located to the left of the clubhouse door. This will certainly make it more convenient for you to drop off rent, if you are unable to be here during office hours.

Resident Reward$

Pick your own neighbor and refer a friend!!

Receive $200 off your rent after they move in. Make sure they mention your name on their first visit. Ask the office for details!!!

Fogelman Cares

Fogelman Management Group adopts a different charity each year as part of the Fogelman Cares campaign.

This year we are collecting donations for the Special Olympics!

The Special Olympics is for people with intellectual disabilities. It is often the only place where they have sn opportunity to participate in their communities and develop belief in themselves. Special Olympics sports provide a gateway to empowerment, competence, acceptance and joy. But for every Special Olympics athlete, there are many more that we haven't reached yet. Please donate and help us reach one more person.

Westmont is Going Green!!!

You can now sign up to pay your rent online!! We have a new scanner in the office that we scan the checks you give us and they get directly debited from your account that same day. Westmont is going green so if you would like to help us out you can sign up to pay your rent online and save your checks and the trees!!

Having visitors?...

Westmont offers a fully furnished guest suite for visiting guests. Phone, linens, dishes, washer/dryer, cable TV and utilities included. The price is $95.00 per night. Contact the leasing office for availability and details!!
