Please join us for food and fun at our next Happy Hour!!! It will be held from 5:30 until 7:30 at Chili’s by Chesterfield Mall. We will have appetizers and raffle drawings, so please join us and bring your friends and family

Westmont is Going Green

You can now sign up to pay your rent online!! We have a new scanner in the office that we scan the checks you give us and they get directly debited from your account that same day. Westmont is going green so if you would like to help us out you can sign up to pay your rent online and save your checks and the trees!! Sign up by February 25th to pay online and you will be entered to win $100.00 off your March rent!!!

Having visitors?...

Westmont offers a fully furnished guest suite for visiting guests. Phone, linens, dishes, washer/dryer, cable TV and utilities included. The price is $85.00 per night. Contact the leasing office for availability and details!!

Pest control is every Monday. Please schedule an appointment if you would like the service.
